This isn't about this location but duly itself. I can never find the correct numbers to actually speak to the right person. I have to call a number that I think will connect me to the right person and it never does and so I get bounced around until I get to the right person. The biggest issue for me is that I can never find hours of operation for anything other than immediate care. It would be nice to be able to know the hours of operation for the lab. I have had great experience here. I come here for allergy shots and have to wait for 30 min after taking shots. There used to be internet access (unsecured WiFi, no password needed), but no more. Is it possible to get internet please?
Patiently waited for over an hour (was bounced around from person to person) for a simple question about insurance relationships DULY accepted. (Insurance companies’ network data is often out of date or incorrect) I finally hung up and selected a physician outside of DULY. DULY’s Private Equity owners/investors (and the MDs who sold their Practice to these investors) will be laughing all the way to the bank while the most important customers (we, the patients) suffer or find other physicians. It’s a pity that such great docs and nurses are backed up by such abysmal billing and customer service staff. The inability of the Duly back room to effectively interface across internal functions and with payers (read: insurance) to sort out clerical tasks is shameful. Perfection isn’t expected… but a level of giving a damn is. I think that between what insurance pays and what we pay out of pocket, we deserve better.
We’ve been here several times and they are excellent. There’s sometimes a wait but it’s always worth it.
