Eileen is a most professional provider. She and Dr. Cheng work very hard to assist me - they never leave things out & explain everything. Their knowledge of the brain and how it can be affected as well as how that affects/effects us is truly amazing. Watch out - Michelle is a woman at the desk & she is not pleasant. She had me banned for telling her she is rude, because she is. Thank you. Remainder of review stands.

Extremely rude customer service. I highly advise you take your dollars elsewhere. Do not come to this location as you will be sorely disappointed as I was. Front desk person was incredibly rude
Would not recommend this medical group for a dog, let alone a human being.
