Dont kno anything about blood test results its been a week!!
YOU WILL NOT HAVE HELP FINDING out YOUR LAB RESULTS. THEY WILL MAKE YOU FIGURE IT OUT AND READ ABOUT YOUR RESULTS ON "MY CHART". Thats IF Mychart allows you to log in. Otherwise youll be forwarded to their oversea call center and be put on hold for up to 20min. And still no help. Unbelievable!!!!!
Friendly staffs, from receptionist, Lab tech, and X-ray tech very helpful and patient, assisting me in the process of taking x-rays. I am very happy with everybody at Duly Health Care.
Everyone at the office has been polite and professional, and I appreciate that. However, my concern is with the process for contacting the office. It’s frustrating that patient calls are outsourced to a call center, rather than being able to speak directly with the local staff. I was routed through a BPO station, waited on hold, and hoped to be connected to someone who could actually help. This review is only for the lab. The lab does not have a separate Google page. This lab is the worst. Of course it is the one by my house, and I don’t know what I don’t just drive a bit further since the Bloomingdale location is always quick. I will going further. I have come here 3-4 times. One time they were holding a staff meeting at 8am. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked since no one was being called back. I had to leave to get to work. This was a weekday.
