My dad is 80 and every time I go with him to his dr for annual checkups they do NOT do complete physical! No checking in his mouth, ears, no pressing on belly and my dad’s complaining about his bowels, no checking in ears n my dad has bad ears, no checking his eyes n my dad’s borderline needing cataract surgery. No checking legs. I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED YESTERDAY WAS HIM APPOINTMENT N SAME THING!!!!

Went in to get an MRI done for my elbow so I can see a specialist asap. Done with the MRI, I ask them for the copy of the imaging and immediately I’m getting a runaround. After about 30minutes waiting and wasting time they tell me I have to go to records to pick it up. Records is in Lisle a half an hour away. I get here and now Dee at the front desk won’t even let me in and it’s the we’ll get to it, when we get to it attitude at the front desk. Sit in your car and we’ll call you after an hour. Worst service ever. Stay away.
