Wonderful care and service
Worst. I rarely complain, but that's how bad this lab is...I scheduled appt. Showed up on time 830. Another patient came for 845. They told me in pain, that the system went down, to come back at noon. They could have called someone else who wasn't here yet or the other person after my appt. Worst service ever-go to another facility other than Lombard for your MRI or CAT scan. Now I see the clerk internally changed my time to cover herself, but I have paper with my original time slot. Avoid Lombard DMG radiology.
Terrible service...they do not pay attention to doctors orders. They did a wrong MRI scan and now I have to go back and I am expected to pay thousands of dollars from a new one because my insurance won't cover another MRI !! The doctor filed a complaint as well for receiving a wrong diagnostic..I am still to receive a phone call about that and it's been almost 2months since then!! My knee is still swelling and I am in pain!
