Billing department is outsourced. They do not understand how to read EOB‘s how to bill nor understand your statements… for resolution. we received text messages for appointment reminders and cancel or reschedule through my charts. However, they still charge you a no-show fee three months later if you’re not able to produce side text message. Having great PPO insurance with a high deductible that was in March 2025, now they are billing line items/treatment outside of General scope so they could recoup more money for services ... read more

I was billed $30 for a copay for a routine wellness visit that was supposed to be covered 100% as preventive care. I've wasted almost an hour trying to get it fixed. Mostly to call centers thatI presume are in India-and where nobody seems empowered to do anything. On one call I was advised I actually have a credit balance of over $300 that dates back to 05/25/2023.
