I love that Dr Zurek takes her time to listen to patient and conservative treatment approach.
I have found my annual doctor visits, tests, and procedures to have been with a high level of professionalism. The staff that register and greet you are always friendly, and I'm always called in on time without a long wait. Dr. Dy is a good listener and has a kind and professional demeanor. He is thorough in his assessment and explanations. I am very satisfied with the service I receive at Duly.
Fraudulent billing for wellness visits. I question the ethics of DULY’S billing. For two years in a row, my husband has gone in for his wellness exam and was charged for an additional office visit at the same time. He has not received any additional services for an office visit but is told by DULY that " he brought up stuff outside the scope of the regular wellness exam" In 2023 DULY would not work with us to correct the billing. I was sent here for labs twice. The way the lab is set up, you sign your name and ring a doorbell. On both occasions, no one responds to the doorbell. There is usually someone sitting on that side of the desk, but not for the lab. There seems to be a great medical practice in the same suite that gets their patients in and out, but the lab kind of ignores patients.
