The entire office operates with a high level of efficiency and professionalism, making it a great place to visit and collaborate.
The service has severely gone downhill since Duly took over DuPage Medical Group. I've been with this group since way back when and it's awful now. You can never get through to a nurse on the phone and it will take 4 days or more to get a reply to your message you send through the app. It's really making me think about switching groups altogether. Customer service responses on the phone are all scripted and I don't believe anyone resides here in the U.S. Absolutely horrific patient service now...all to save a buck by removin... read more
I wouldn’t go here for labs again. Went around 10:45am today and was the first person to sign in. I wonder if the doorbell button is even hooked up to anything. I waited for over 20 minutes and was about to leave when someone wandered out to look at the sheet. I also wasn’t given a towelette for providing a urine sample and there weren’t any in the bathroom.
