Had my first visit with Dr. L.Williams, and completely disappointed. Now that I moved 1.5 farther away I still didn’t mind the long visits here. However my regular Dr was booked a few months out and decided to book with Dr. Williams. Let’s just say never again! I completely felt rushed and my answer and concerns were not met. When I asked for other suggestions or alternatives, she replied: That would be another in person visit! Mind you, my visit concerns weren’t met, so WHY would I book another visit if I’m already there?! ... read more
Perfect appointment. I did online check-in, arrived, let the lady at the counter know I was there, barely sat down and the MA called my name. Went into an exam room did vitals, weight (I lost 6 pounds in 3 months yea me!) answered questions, PA Lauren came in we talked, she sent my Rx and it was over. I bet I wasn’t in the building 20 mins max!
