"We needed a mini van for our expanding family. We stopped here to see what inventory they had for used vans. They were very friendly from the start. Just bought a 2009 Chrysler 300C yesterday and couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Everyone at John Kaye DuPage Dodge Chrysler Jeep were legitimately more than pleasant to work with. Apparently this dealership just re-opened about 2 months ago under new ownership (John Kaye). It is a beautiful dealership with a LARGE selection of GOOD cars, both new and used. I've bought two cars here, a dodge and a mazda. Cars were both maintained and in great shape. Have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Plus they send me regular coupons for cheap tune up specials.
The service department at DuPage Jeep is phenomenal. The representatives are honest, knowledgeable and courteous with customers' time and expectations. Would highly recommend to any Jeep owner looking to be treated fairly.

I was looking for a new vehicle about a month ago and went to all the different dealerships in Naperville, I was very frustrated with the lack of customer service and respect I received from most dealerships.
