Dr. Donald Nichols is the primary reason I continue to go back to Northern Illinois Foot & Ankle Specialists. He has extensive knowledge and experience and has always done a great job for me.
Great place. There was a nice waiting room for my husband, & my doctor spoke with him after my surgery. I was apparently the first one in the section I was placed. My nurse was very attentive to my needs. She went thru a great deal of what I would be doing post-op too. Everyone there looked very busy attending to other patients that were brought in subsequently or were preparing for the days activities. As always, Dr. Nichols explains everything clearly and answers all my questions in case I don’t understand something. I always feel heard and respected. Staff is also very kind and helpful and proactive. I never have to chase anyone down, they always reach out to me first!.
