Amazing customer services. Staff takes makes all efforts to assist and provide the best service the possible can to their clients. They have a very flexible schedule and try to meet everyone needs within their scope ie. resources available and funding.
Some Latin lady answered and didn’t speak just milking the clock of her phone time at 3:39pm August 14th Addison. She’s causing her co workers to work harder doing that don’t do that thier all going to be mad at you. She was just hiding on the phone on mute I even heard her say hello
Recently became uninsured and so far im Having a good experience with the Access clinic. They work with you and the doctor was attentive and caring towards my needs. The front desk was also really helpful and knowledgable.
