Additionally, it was observed that the staff member spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult. It appeared that Spanish-speaking individuals were treated more favorably and processed more quickly, raising concerns about possible language-based bias in how services are provided. Amazing customer services. Staff takes makes all efforts to assist and provide the best service the possible can to their clients. They have a very flexible schedule and try to meet everyone needs within their scope ie. resources available and funding.
