My roof was repaired by this company in 2018, which included a 25 year warranty. Now it is 2020 there is a very clear hole in the roof and the company dose not want to honor the warranty. The owner yelled at me because I asked the company to stand behind there work. The owner even encouraged me to take him to court. I guess they just want the money upfront without standing behind there work. We completed the roofing project in 2018 and do issue a standard five-year labor warranty on any work thatwas completed for issues with craftsmanship. The manufacturer also provides a limited-lifetime warranty on shingles that we install. We received a call from the homeowner notifying us of a leak in June of 2020 and we came out within twenty-four hours to address the issue, in spite of this occurring during the height of the pandemic. Dupage construction completed my roof in a timely, professional manner. They were on time and answered any and all questions that I had. I’m very happy with my new roof and gutters.

We had our roof replaced, some siding replaced and gutters replaced due to hail damage. Sean was our contact for the process. He provided excellent communication. He let us know when work would be done and followed-up to make sure we were satisfied. The crew was professional and cleaned up afterwards, even using a magnet on the lawn and driveway to make sure no screws were left. I recommend this company and would use them again.
They were good to work with. They responded to texts promptly. My only suggestion was that they would ask that the owner to move the cars out of the garage since we found many nails that fell thru the vents. They came out with a magnet to clean it up and all was well.
Dupage Adjusters and Construction were great to work with. Paul came out to look at our roof on short notice and handled all insurance facing communication to have our roof replaced and be covered by insurance. They advocate for your best interests with the insurance company to make sure all problem areas are replaced. The install was done on time and with quality material and workmanship.
