Will never ever go to this dealership again! After speaking with someone and them knowing we had to drive 2.5 hrs to get there, nobody ever thought to get more information from us regarding our trade. We drove up there the night before and then the next day headed to the dealership. We were told by the Sales Mgr they would take care of us. After driving the car, we went in to make the deal. I purchased my 2021 Jeep Gladiator from this dealership and had a great experience. Austin was my sales person and I gave him a glowing review. He told me that I would be impressed when I came back for service as they have a great service department. I scheduled my first oil change and it was (to date) my worst experience with bringing in a car at any dealership.
