Do not bring your children here! The front desk woman is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She talks over you, yells and will not allow you to get a word in. We needed to set up a payment plan for our daughter’s surgery bill and she told me that was not allowed. The payment needed to be made in full. Per the form I signed. I was referred to Dr. Amin for my infant daughter. I was beyond impressed with her knowledge and understanding; as well as her explanations of my daughters condition and I was immediately put at ease.
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Amin and her associate Grace was disappointing, particularly in terms of communication regarding my child’s health concerns. When I raised questions about a test result, Dr. Amin responded in a manner I found abrupt and condescending during a phone conversation. She insisted that I come to her office within an hour to discuss the results in person, despite my full-time work commitments, which suggested a lack of regard for my time and circumstances. Dr. Amin is the sweetest and most informing doctor I have encountered. It’s sad to say that her team does not reflect that. The audiologist had no patience for my 3 year old son while attempting to do his hearing test. If you you don’t have patience for kids you shouldn’t be working with kids.
