Called to make an appointment for the first time and front desk was rude and short with me. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind.
Great service i definitely recommend
The optometrist herself was great , super nice, friendly, and she explained everything really well. Honestly, she deserves five stars. But the front staff completely ruined the experience. After my appointment, they ordered my contacts and never followed up and not even once. A whole month went by with no call or update. When I finally called, the doctor answered and told me there had been a problem with my order because apparently the wrong prescription was sent and she said her staff would reach out to fix it.
