A catheter was inserted but no instructions were given on how to use it or sanitize. We learned about that at emergency room. A simple handout or verbal instructions would be nice. Three visits to ER over the course of 6 days after cathetor insertion. Called on friday with bleeding but staff was unable to do anything but send us to emergency room. Dr. Cooney her PA Cora, and staff have been excellent. She has been very patient explaining various tests, options, and explaining next steps for my husband.We have really appreciated the communication via the Dignity Health patient portal. I would highly recommend their urology office.
