Tabby does an amazing job. I've been attending her Yoga classes for about 16 weeks now. It helps me maintain flexibility so that I can workout consistently without getting injured. If you enjoy working out, but you're worried about injuring yourself, give Tabby's Yoga class a try.

Tabitha is wonderful in providing whatever services I need. Yoga instructor, both private and group lessons, massage therapy, and group massage parties. She listens and customizes to what I need. I highly recommend her!

I love it here! I have not only experienced a wonderful 6 week yoga program with Tabbi but she is such an amazing massage therapist! Both yoga and massage have become part of my daily/monthly self care routine! Oh, and lets not forget her powerful reiki skills! P.S. you should definitely book a massage + reiki session, you wont be disappointed!!
