Have found staff to be courteous respectful The building is clean safe, yes they have rules and regulations But without protocol there would be chaos Excellent views from golf facing units very quiet no noise: extensive views and lots light in the high 03 lines Of course there may be one or two problems but generally it’s very well run clean place It’s in excellent order In my experience Thank you
It's a sham. AKAM has been exposed for their illegal practices. They inflate the cost of renovations. As a resident, I can no longer recommend this property in good conscience. While we initially moved in with hopes of building a safe and peaceful home, the reality has been disappointing, stressful, and in some cases, dangerous — both physically and emotionally.
