Living at Duo Condominiums for a year was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. If you’re considering this place, don’t let the glossy brochures or online pictures fool you—it’s nothing like they advertise. The management here is beyond hostile; they seem to go out of their way to make residents miserable. Miserable people who will try to make your life living hell, try to make up random fines and violations, they do not follow federal or care about any laws or protections for tenants. These people are on logical and unreasonable to deal with and they are just looking to make your life miserable and difficult legitimately awful people to deal with, and you can tell that they have no other agenda, but then to control and give people a hard time.
