Rats everywhere horrible complex
I still love it.
I am a one year resident. Kathi, Amaya and other staff are very friendly, consistently. Very pleased to be here. Today my a/c was repaired a few hours after I submitted the request. Thank you!
It’s quite disgusting the way the manager Micheal handles issues very unprofessionally and the excuse of one not being in the system when they leave a review….be realistic!! There are thousands of apartments people can go rent out there. It takes nothing to serve people with respect & being considerate and they literally paying for you to be seating in that office all day long harassing them. I understand from long term tenants you been in the office for a decades please get your professionalism together sir!!
If there is a word to describe this management office is a TRASH! Unprofessional, very rude! Such a bad place to live in
