It’s quite disgusting the way you guys handle your tenants and then used the excuse of them not being in the system when they’re leaving a review … and be realistic and THINK do you really think they will use their real name so that you guys can retaliate against them?? It takes nothing to be kind to your tenants who are literally paying for you to have the job that you were sitting in. Smh
The management at the leasing office is subpar, from the manager, Micheal who is very demonic and discriminating when you have genuine issues with the payment portal to the assistant manager recently hired young lady. Her attitude is less than desirable, and they are unhelpful when issues arise. There have been reports of rats infesting the building at night, and even a sighting of a python. The only positive aspect I can commend about the place is the maintenance crew.
