The management at the leasing office is subpar, from the manager, Micheal who is very demonic and discriminating when you have genuine issues with the payment portal to the assistant manager recently hired young lady. Her attitude is less than desirable, and they are unhelpful when issues arise. There have been reports of rats infesting the building at night, and even a sighting of a python. The only positive aspect I can commend about the place is the maintenance crew.
DO NOT, under any circumstances, move to this apartment complex! Update as of 8/26: Y'all, please listen to the reviews to not move into this place!! I do not say this in a discriminatory manner, but if you are not a native English speaking person or do not understand the law, you may want to completely avoid this place!!! They will absolutely steal money from you and take advantage of you if you do not understand the law. Please STAY AWAY from this place. Please read the reviews!! DO NOT, under any circumstances, move to this apartment complex! These people painted over mold in the apartment prior to me moving in, and I only recently discovered it (and confirmed with mold inspection). I paid for the inspection myself because the underhanded management obviously couldn't be trusted if they'd painted over it in the first place. It was purely negligence on their part.
