Do not send your loved ones here! The daily staff is nice but there is a severe lack of attention, the community is understaffed, and their corporate management are vampires. Some residents have seen their rent unexpectedly raised (up to 3x!) and mine was raised by $900/mo due to a minimal change in "level of care" after only a couple months living there... They're private equity owned and clearly operate like it (ie they'll take your money upfront, offering you what looks like a deal, and then find ways to drain your wallet... read more

My father has been at Dunwoody Place for 9 months and really enjoys it. After an adjustment period he has found a fantastic routine of exercising, social events, meals and other activities to keep busy. The staff has been extremely helpful in identifying issues and responding as needed. Like anywhere it helps to visit often and stay involved!

My Uncle needed a place to move to after his stay at a rehab center. Everyone we interacted with at Dunwoody Place was terrific, helpful, professional and made it a seamless transition. We chose Dunwoody Place because of the amenities, meals, house cleaning, assistance for my uncle, (PT, OT) along with the look and feel of the place. It was spacious, clean, well decorated and a pleasant environment. Thanks to all the staff at Dunwoody Place.

They walked me through all the paperwork step by step, offered thoughtful advice, and made sure I always had a clear point of contact whenever questions came up. My experience with the staff, the facility, and the convenience Dunwoody offers my family is an enormous amount of comfort. Its never an easy decision but one that is easier made when working with a team that is professional and that cares. Its a small and cozy place that creates a home away from home. I am grateful for their attention to detail and their guidance as I moved my father into his apt. Special mention to Michelle, Tamara, chef Anthony and Nikki.
