Today I stopped by the Peachtree Dunwoody property and spoke to a leasing agent by the name of Ms. Pamela. Speaking to Ms. Pamela was awesome! She thoroughly explained the benefits of moving to this apartment complex, showcased the amenities offered and even highlighted what surrounded the property in the community. I would give this property 10 stars if I could. The absolute best place that I’ve ever stayed. Kind staff, quality apartments and really nice neighbors. The community is more like senior/65+ living as about 70-80% of the residents are seniors that having been living here for more than a decade. Hence why there aren’t many reviews for this property. The only reason I left is to relocate for work. My unit was 981 sqft and felt spacious and serene. Great place to live!
My wife and I are looking for a 2 bedroom in Sandy Springs and we came across Peachtree Dunwoody Place on a whim. There are so many aspects about this building that make us want to move there. The fact that the building was converted from condos and was built in 2011 in assuring. The construction during that time was rock solid, that translates to peace and quiet! Update as of August 2025: Issue Since 2023. Peachtree Dunwoody reached out via email and promised would honor the payment to Georgia power and pay the balance. THEY DID NOT! They lied and stopped responding to emails! I had to pay the balance and late fees while trying to move into a new apartment. They took no accountability and failed on their promise. moving experience was great. Well, run establishment, especially with mrs. Pamela She is very sweet, and helpful. 10 out of 10 She makes a moving process really smooth I still enjoy my stay.
