We’ve used this cleaner for years and always had a good experience. Also like the shoe/purse repair service—they do high-quality work.
This place does a great job and the staff is very friendly.
I brought a faux leather purse in about a month ago to have one snap put on it keep the open top closed. The woman that helped said she would have to ask "him," I'm assuming the owner, if he can do it and she would have him call me when he comes in. He was due to be in a couple days. About a week or two later I called and spoke to the woman again and she was surprised he hadn't called me, but she would make a note and make sure he did next time he was in (a day or two).
