TLDR; AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE -- I don't know how they have the rating they do. To start, as of 1.15.2024, it is day FOUR, that I and the other residents in building 1 cannot use our own toilets due to a backup that occurred on the twelfth. The issue being with so many residences should’ve been classified as an emergency and dealt with or at least genuinely triaged on Saturday. This apartment complex is going completely downhill. The current community manager is absolutely awful, spiteful and a bully. The staff used to be excellent, yet I can see their morale is sinking too under this leadership. This community has become dangerous, look around carefully before you rent here! There was recently a shooting on the property, not sure if anyone died or not, but it happened. I raised two issues, regarding the mail room and the laundry room, as they were in absolute disarray.
