The technician arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and informed me of my options. He was very cordial ensuring that I understood my warranty.
I as well was referred to Dunston Aire by my home warranty company. Our AC went out on a Sunday evening. We called and confirmed out appt with Greg that was scheduled for the following Wednesday. On Tuesday morning Greg called and was able to work us in a day earlier than we expected. He was very polite, professional, and did a first class job. We were up and running again with COLD aid in just a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Greg and Dunston Aire.
