We had 2 toilets clogged today on a Sunday. I called 352-787-4771, Dunstan and son. To my surprise they answered the phone. She told me Doug would call me back. I got call with in 15 mins from Doug, he was on call this weekend. To make it even better he was 5 mins from me. Doug was very professional and within an hour he cleared out the line.
