DBW is located at 5701 Dunsmuir Ave. in beautiful, historic downtown Dunsmuir, CA. We opened our doors on Friday, December 18th, 2009 and have been serving up delicious beer and food ever since. We're open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner. The kitchen opens at 11am and closes at 9pm, although we've been known to keep serving if there's a crowd.

Best ribs; cooked to perfection with a killer sauce! German potato salad was pretty darn good too! What a find; tucked away in a quaint little town surrounded by forested mountains. Next time through that area we’ll make it a “Must Stop”!
I send all my clients here, Dunsmuir Brewery is the town of Dunsmuir, look no further, there is no better place. Elk burgers, ribs, special of the day& a beer or rootbeer. this place is revered by both locals and tourist worldwide. Feel good about eating here, the restaurant and owners saved the town of Dunsmuir. Great atmosphere,Amazing burger an of course beer...
Great beer, great food ( I had their special that night Blackened Catfish with Shrimp Etoufee and Apollo ale) they had some good music which was why I was there but I was a little disappointed in that I had to sit inside with the music outside and could only hear the bass when inside. They need to put some speakers inside and pipe it in. Other than that I was a great time.

So fun! Looking for local flavor and found it. Smoked trout and Pulled pork were favorites. House made root beer was amazing! Nice and efficient service.
