I’ve had a positive experience with Dunsire Developments, who took over the housing development after the previous developer left several things unfinished. Their communication has been clear and proactive, keeping us informed about upcoming projects and improvements to our neighborhood.
As someone who frequently visitsa friend in Dunsire’s Mira community, I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes since Dunsire took over. After the long stretch of uncertainty following the receivership, it’s clear the team has made a real impact. I recently had an issue that needed attending to in Barrie and I was in communication with Gabriel Sampieri. He was very helpful in resolving my issue and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Not sure his role in the company but he defiently deserves a raise. His professionalism and dedication to helping me resolve my issue in a timely manner was amazing and much appreciated! Dunsire Team was fast and efficient with their assistance.
I recently attended a house selling event hosted by Dunsire Development in Barrie. It was an incredibly positive experience. The event showcased beautiful condo townhouses, and one of the highlights was being able to walk through the model homes, it really helped seeing quality of the builds.
