Dunsire Developments (Mire – Barrie) inherited the unfinished Pace lots and still hasn’t completed grading or fencing on mine. My lot still has no final grading or fencing. I sent email and stopped by their sales office once asking for a timeline — they silently blocked my email address so I can’t follow up. Shady way to treat buyers while you’re actively selling the next phases. Avoid.
