Had my box side and tailgate plus bumper and all. Sorts of other pieces replaced on my 22 ram 2500 this past early spring. Backed into a boulder 🤦. They did great with the whole repair and process overall except for the paint on the box side and fender flare. The tail gate is acceptable but the box side is full of trash. Feels like braille with the bumps. It was full of holograms (black paint) but I got those fixed myself which is when I found all the trash in the paint or clear. This place is hands down the best body shop in Southwest Michigan. It's always professional work, and it's hard to tell the difference between the factory original work and the work done to repair it. I had to ask where the paint was changed from the original to what they did.
I would like to take the time to give everyone at Dunshee a shout out for doing an amazing job on my baby. They were so friendly and always gave me updates on the process. I highly recommend them. They did body, wind shield and replaced my broken side mirror. Looks like the accident never happened. Thank you guys!
