While I would give a five-star rating to the quality of work delivered by Dunrite, my three-star rating reflects a strong dissatisfaction with the incomplete, misleading and delayed (by over 2 weeks) "estimate" the company provided. The estimate failed to provide any numbers for what turned out to be the most expensive part of the job, which resulted in the final cost of the project being more than TWICE (over $1300 more) than what had been "estimated."
