I’m not sure how anyone could have a problem with this place. The guys are super happy and always help out the licensed guys as they should!
I gotta rate them a 3. I went there a week ago to pick up a capacitor for my AC system. They wouldn't sell to me because I didn't have an Hvac license. This is unfortunate because I have gotten a few odds and ends there over the years and my dad had been using them for at least 30 years. I will say they have always been helpful and friendly, the situation was just unfortunate. I got the capacitor at a place in Wall. I could have gotten the part from Amazon but it was 90 degrees at and I like brick and mortar stores when poss... read more
