Buildings aren’t well maintained and if you contact maintenance about any issues they will quite literally tell you that they “do not care”
What is the point of having a phone if it is never answered?! Been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 days now and nobody answers.
Not a great place at all. Pricewise it was the best decision. But it was horrible. things broke all the time. We got locked out, and they took an hour and a half to get to our apartment, during the summer. Missouri Summer isn't fair. maintenance is one man, and he can't do it all. Our neighbors AC was broken for a month, they had to go buy air conditioning units or they would have sweated the whole summer. We asked them to fix a bunch of stuff before we left. Never got fixed.
