I ❤ Everything
This place is absolutely awful. Their address is 4707 Rhyne Ct, Raleigh, NC 27610, United States but the actual entrance and office is on Freedom Drive. When you call the customer representative is rude and unsympathetic. I hate that my car was towed to this place after my accident because I had to be taken away via ambulance. I would never use this service.
They were amazing. I was wrecked emotionally after losing my vehicle and they were nothing but nice. They worked with us when our insurance was giving us issues and they were just overall amazing. They also put a plastic tape over the open portions of my car that were open to the elements. It was so sweet considering I still had stuff in there that needed to be cleaned out. The clean out process was painless and the guy in charge was an angel. I couldn't have asked for a better company.
I had to pick up a car that had been towed there. The driver brought the car out to the street for me. They were polite. I had no issues.
Dunn’s Wrecker Service towed and stored my car after a recent accident, and they couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
