My real estate agent claimed Dream Finders was one of the best builders…I did my own research and realized the only reason she said that was because she got a higher commission. I closed 8/24/22 Dunns Crossing 32218. Since then it has been nothing but issues. We paid for blinds but no blinds were installed in our kids room until October. The keys couldn’t open the front door, the lock wouldn’t reset, it took atleast 2 maybe even 3 weeks for a new lock to be put on. The dishwasher wasn’t properly installed. During the last hurricane the roof was leaking and now in December during these cold nights no heat. We didn’t have any heating strips, so when the temp gets below 45 degrees.
