Scam of a company! Terrible install of AQWA engineered septic systems. They don’t know how to properly glue their fittings so it has causes numerous septic issues for our neighborhood and everyone’s drain fields are a mess. Our yards have to keep being dug up to fix the leaks. Never able to get ahold of anyone. Super unprofessional and they don’t back their work.
Very good customer service, and they did a great job on replacing my septic leach field. Highly recommend.
James was able to assess our emergency very quickly. He got our system back up and running very quickly for lot 54. We can’t be more happy and my wife sends out hugs for his help.
I HAD MY SEPTIC INSTALLED IN MY NEW HOUSE BY DUNNRITE EXCAVATING. JUST IN HOUSE 2 YEARS AND HAVE HAD TO HAVE TANK PUMPED OUT 4 TIMES AT $415 EACH TIME. HAVE CALLED SENT TEXT MESSAGES IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE. THERE IS NO WAY DRAIN FIELD WAS DONE CORRECTLY. NOW GOING TO HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE NEW DRAIN FIELD INSTALLED BECAUSE DUNNRITE CAN NOT EVEN COME TO SEE PROBLEM OR AT LEAST CALL BACK.
