Quiet, clean, love that the gate is closed at dark and you need a gate opener or the passcode to enter. Only complaint is that in 4 years the lot rent has gone from $365 a month to $640 a month. It includes grass mowing, and garbage pick up, but that's a huge increase in a very short time.
