Do NOT take your pets here. I called to inform them of my cat’s death and I requested a refund for the visit when Dr. Moorman gave her an unknown dosage of a long-acting steroid ($84.22), and a receptionist named Shelby told me that I “threatened” this veterinarian and that they would not give me any refund, and then gave me such an ugly attitude because I told her that I was told by the vet that had to euthanize her that it was due to the shot she was given. The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because Dr. Gastis is a fantastic, compassionate person and veterinarian. Dr. Moorman is the opposite. He lied to me and said he was giving my cat, Willow, an “allergy shot”. He gave her a high dose long-acting steroid shot and it destroyed her. She couldn’t breathe and was panting like a dog, she lost use of her back legs and she had a stroke. I had to take her to get euthanized today. The vet was able to take casper within a couple of hours to be put down after I called. They knew this was coming because he had cancer. He was very relaxed in the dog bed that I carried him in with (12 pound maltese). Not acting fidgety or active at all. He was slowing down also at home which is how I knew something was wrong (barely moving at all). The first vet came in and asked if he could give casper shot to make him sleepy and I said yes. Dr Moorman and Dr Morgan have taken care of all my fur babies....they are the most kind compassionate docs I have ever had the pleasure to know. Most times we dont bring our babies there if there isnt a problem...any time I have brought my babies there these two men have treated my babies and me with the utmost respect and compassion....they are the best of the best...I thank you both for our hearts and soul and taking care of my babies and always making me feel comfortable bringing my babies there, and there have been time... read more

Zero Stars: Brought my 17 year old cat for Vet services. She received: Annual Cat healthy Car Package, Revolution Plus Flea & Tick drops and Blood drawn for lab work. (cost $295)The vet said the lab results would be ready in about a week. (LIE). He said he would call me when results are ready (LIE) The next morning my cat was dead . Called at 8am to cancel lab work - told too late, already done. Vet not available until after 12pm. The vet said maybe she had a heart attack. Highly Don't recommend this place for a certificate for travel they over charged 275.00 dollars they don't even take one test just temperature and ready to go pay 275.00 dollars and I usually pay 3 moths ago just a 100 full examination , in part was my fault because I don't ask how much will be. And the costumer was before me. They. charge 400 hundreds dollars for the vaccines
