Dunns did a great service on our little van that fixed what the dealer said required trans. replacement. When I picked it up they had washed it. A really nice touch!

Very honest/transparent. I thought my transmission broke down as it suddenly stopped shifting while on the highway. Had to pull over and get it towed. My truck broke down in Tyler on the way to a deer hunt on December 29, 2019, I initially had it towed to a Chevrolet dealership. Dunn transmission picked it up from them and did it for half the price. Dunn stayed in touch with me during the whole repair process. My truck was completed a day before promised. It had all new parts replaced and operates like it did when the truck was new. They offered a warranty that I purchased as well. My car broke down while I was traveling from VA to AZ, and they got my car in right away, was told it would be ready to go by end of business Tuesday, but it wasn't, the owner felt so bad for the car not being done when promised that he put me up in a hotel for the night. Was called today And told the car was ready. I am soon very greatful to the folks at Dunn Transmission for getting my car done as fast as they did. If anybody breaks down in Tyler, Tx, I highly recommend this company for your car repair needs.

Not anywhere near the same level of service that I have received here in the past. Thankfully I don't have a whole lot of need for transmission shops.
I was told what was going on with the truck and honestly told that it wasn't the transmission but a part that was affected by the heat, and if the part is replaced, it will probably happen again. Thank you for being so helpful!
