First time customer and last I went in for an inspection and tire rotation on Sept 5, 2020. The tech told me my tires were so bad not to waste my money rotating them and tried to sell me all new tires and a package of lifetime care. I thought that was odd because I thought my tires were fine. I told him I would look into it and if needed retire the tires when I put on my snow tires in a few months and left without the tire rotation.
