Recommendedi had a small issue that i wasn't happy about, and dunn tire immediately took care of it. great customer service!
I always had great experience at Dunn tire until today. They always were helpful not today. Been doing business with for years. 3:00pm I stopped because I had nail in tire. Leaving for vacation in few days. They told schedule appointment for next week. This Delaware & Hertel store. They didn’t even offer to look at for me. I WILL NEVER do BUSINESS with THEM AGAIN. No customer service.
Customer service sucks!!! Don’t waste time or money like I did and WONT again.
Don't take Ur vehicle here if u have any type of issue they will screw u over. I asked them to check out my front end and see if I needed anything cuz yes I was involved in a front end crash but u are telling me I just needed a alignment then I get that done and I still had the shaking so I take it back and now they are saying I need 2 new rims. I will NEVER go back here. Came to get tires replaced. Price was ok. Offered alignment which I would get if it needed it. Mechanic comes back in and says that there is a part that I need in order to do needed alignment that is over $300 plus labor. Jacking up my price to twice as much. Checked with knowledgeable person part is less than half that online. And probably not needed as car just passed inspection. I hate taking my car in for this reason. They give you one price then all of a sudden it’s far more. I trust no one.

My experience at the Union Road location was terrible from start to finish. First they didn't have the tire in stock (which is understandable) and they told me it would take 2 days to ship from Erie. Ok no big deal. 2 days pass, no phone call. I call them on the third day, they say the guy that ordered it is on lunch and they need to check with him and they'll call me back in 20 minutes.
