Yael had great customer service when loading my tires and so did the older gentleman assisting him putting up with my toddler LOL THANK YOU SM
The only problem i had was asking for them to put the white lettering out.. I was told it was not able to b done but there is white lettering on the inside🤷. I guess that request was unreasonable.. Other than that is was a decent price and fast service..
5 stars. This was a great experience! I think many people can understand how challenging it can be to find a trustworthy and reliable auto service shop. At Dunn Tire Webster, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and Pete (apparently helping out from the Henrietta location) was fantastic in all regards. The same goes for Paul (who's home store is Webster). I cannot say enough good about these two guys and the shop as a whole. Walked in 30 minutes before closing (I work Saturdays, too), apologized for my late arrival, explained slow leak apparently in left rear. And that tires had been purchased at Dunn. Person at counter never even took his hands out of his pockets. Was told I’d have to I leave my car until Monday. Said I couldn’t do that and was told it was “unlikely” my problem could be looked into or solved in 30 minutes.
