Dunn replaced our roof back in 2017 and did an excellent job where we have had no issues. With yesterday's heavy rains, we had a leak in our livingroom. I called Jim and he promised to come out this morning to see what was going on. He arrived as promised, inspected the roof thoroughly, and discovered two small areas where the roofing had lifted on the edge that was the likely reason for the water intrusion. Great experience with Dunn Roofing! Answered phone on the weekend and was very personable. Gave a quote in a timely manner and it was the best price in town! He measures accurately for the amount of material needed. Met at my home to go over the job. Went the extra mile to find a special color shingle I wanted and kept in contact with me about materials and timelines. Work done efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.
