I have termite inspections every yr since 2008 with treatment every 5 yrs. this yr was supposed to be treatment yr and they only “inspected.” When i called them they told me there was a 5-7 yr “window” for treatment. When i inquired why they didn't notify customers of change in service agreement they said it would be “too difficult” to notify all their customers. I was beyond insulted. I am done with done wrong pest control.
I talked to Ann over the weekend, they came out early morning schedule for me on time and took care of our pest issues. Great family company will use again!
