They really can get the stains out! We had some stains that have been on our carpeting for years and we have had several companies attempt to remove them. They could initially get the stains out but after a short period of time they would come back. Jeff explained the process he used and said that the stains would not come back and he was right! I should also mention that our tile looked like new after he cleaned and resealed it. Dunn Right Custom Carpet Cleaning exceeded our expectation! Great service at a fair price.
