I can't say enough about the positive experience I had working with Jennifer and Sean Dunn. The service was fantastic - prompt responses to inquiries and calls, helpful suggestions, and they helped me work through the difficulties of selling my mom's home after her death. The house sold within the first 3 days, and we closed a few weeks later. The title company they use was also wonderful - closing was so easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sean & Jennifer Dunn to family and friends.
I just wanted to say something nice about both of these guys. I am a Realtor in the west metro. My buyer was under contract on one of their listings and decided to cancel. Some agents at that point get angry or hostile, and moving forward with a cancellation becomes a major hassle.
