Our drains backed up with sewage in our bathrooms in a home we just purchased and moved into around 7 pm in the evening when most companies won’t even answer the phone. Already under stress from the move, we needed a plumber immediately. After calling numerous plumbers, Dunn Plumbing came out immediately to assess the situation. It was a big job as our backwater valve had broken underground in the yard. Wonderful, amazing service!! Micah was so knowledgeable and kind throughout the process! He came late at night to help diagnose and helped us understand the issue. He gave a quote with a clear explanation the same day. The next day he sent a plumber who was also kind and everything is back up and running smoothly now.
