Today was the first day in over 2 years that I could vacuum my house without being in nearly debilitating pain. After 2 pregnancies back to back with large babies, I realized something wasn't right. But 12 weeks of PT with Miral here for my diastasis recti and continued exercises after that, now I'm back to cleaning. I'm so thankful!
