I made an appointment for my son last week to come in today to get a consult for braces. When I made the appointment I was asked if I knew my Insurance ID #. I told them I did not. So then today I come in for the appointment and I asked them if they were able to verify the Insurance information. They said they needed the Insurance ID or the Social of the main person.
