Today my lines were frozen and my house was an icebox. I called Dunn Oil who I've been a customer with for over 4 years now and they took the time to walk me through a solution. They sat on the phone with me and helped me reset my furnace after defrosting my lines. It goes to show there is still true honest customer service out there who are not taking advantage of their customers who have no idea what they are doing. Thank you Dunn Oil for being a reliable and trusting supplier.
Dunn Oil was excellent. We called them and they cae out the same day. Kevin was very professional, kind, and helpful. We really appreciate the service. Kevin set up a time and was there when he said he would be. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!
