I appreciate all they do. Never really had any trouble with these folks and very comparable to the previous electric providers I have had. Outages are few and far between and when they happen, it does not take long to get up and running again.
I’m just absolutely in shock over these prices. Just informed that we pay .1104 per kilowatt and it now just went up to .1159 per kilowatt these prices are outrageous.!

Dunn County Energy came on our property today without notice and sprayed pesticides, that got on my animal because no one was expected to be on our property They sprayed some of our fruit trees, and where we and our organic raised chickens forage. This is absolutely unacceptable. They had the foresight to get a flatbed, two people, a four wheeler, and a tank of chemicals, but can’t manage a simple phone call? I previously worked for Xcel Energy and had service through Xcel and Eau Claire Energy Cooperative in the past. I've been with Dunn Energy for 10 years. As long as you pay your bill, there are few issues. Like anywhere, outages occur, but in my area they are fairly minimal. Once in the past few years we had an extensive outage...was out about 12 hours, but that was due to a very large tree taking down the line and damaging components on the pole during a storm.
