They still do NOT answer the phones. That needs to change. I've been calling for weeks. Unacceptable.
Never answer the phone, trainee teeth cleaning was worst experience I have ever had, appointments for non trainees are 3+ months out. Worst clinic I have seen across 5 installations.
If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Tried calling multiple times today and still no answer. Been trying to a apointment for 3 months now and they say we need to wait for our books to open. So annoying.
Tried to call numerous times during their hours today and nobody has picked up the phone.
Given the negative reviews and an awful dental cleaning experience I had many years ago, I had very low expectations l. But my experience here was excellent, by private dental care standards. The wait was minimal and the x-ray techs were friendly and efficient. My dentist was friendly and explained opportunities that even my civilian dentists haven't brought up.
